My husband and I have built "Malamute Heaven" just one hour north of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Here we have provided our dogs with acres of safe, fenced space where they can play, dig holes, rip apart trees and hunt for whatever. Their "work" hours include Conformation, Obedience, Agility, Flyball and Backpacking. It's a dog's life!!!

Our breeding program has just one goal - EXCELLENCE!   This is the aim of every breeding in all categories (temperament, type, structure and health) while consistently striving to maintain the original stamina and integrity of the breed.  The results of this careful selection can be seen in the dogs on the following pages.

Our life with the dogs however has a totally different goal - FUN!   With this goal in mind, we involve ourselves in just about any activity available for dogs. It has always been my belief that Malamutes are more than capable of doing just about anything, and doing it well. You just have to be willing to look at things from their perspective. We have participated in conformation, obedience, agility, flyball, backpacking and even some sledding, and they have yet to prove me wrong!
